1.    What are you listening to right now?

The new Weird Sisters album, Wands at the Ready.  It’s not as fun-spirited as their
earlier albums, but I’m quite enjoying their darker side.

    2.    If you were a crayon, what color would you be?

Any shade of green...it’s far from my favourite colour but it reminds me of a
    devotion to protecting our planet.

    3.    What books are you currently reading?

How many am I allowed to name exactly? I’ve recently re-read Hogwarts: A History
for about the hundredth time.  You can never be too thorough.  I’m also in the
middle of a few classics at once...Pride and Prejudice, Jane Eyre, The Tales of Beetle the
Bard, etc.  In addition, I’m about halfway through one of my guiltiest pleasures, The
    Notebook by Nicholas Sparks.

    4.    What is my favorite animal?

Cats, of course!  I fell in love with Crookshanks the moment I looked into his
    squashed face and discerning eyes.

    5.    Have you ever been caught doing something you weren’t supposed to do?

I don’t believe that question deserves an answer.

    6.    What is your favorite store?

Flourish and Blotts...I usually have to be dragged out at closing time.

    7.    What is my most embarrassing moment ever?

That would have to be the time I accidentally pulled cat hair off Millicent Bulstrode’s
robes for a beginner’s batch of Polyjuice Potion.  I still can’t think of that moment
    without tasting fur balls.

    8.    What is your favorite teacher of all-time?

I’ve had a number of terrific professors, each for their own reasons.  Prof.
McGonagall proved to be the most knowledgeable, involved educator during my
time at Hogwarts.  I’ll never forget her help in my third year when she provided me
with a time-turner to accommodate my busy schedule.

    9.    What do you want for your next birthday?

I’ve always wanted a playmate for Crookshanks, though I’m afraid he’ll feel
threatened by my divided attention.  You can never have enough books, of course!

    10.    What is your favorite school subject?

Anything but divination...I really had never disliked a school subject before that
    grueling endeavor.

    11.    If you good be in a movie, what movie and what character?

It’s difficult to choose just one. A few months ago, I would’ve chosen Elizabeth
Bennett in any of the Pride and Prejudice films.  Recently, I decided that I would love
to one day portray Princess Pea from The Tales of Despereaux.

    12.    What season do you prefer?

I enjoy every season except the summer.  How can you enjoy a season without
    school?

    13.    What do you prefer — skirts or jeans?

I’m not choosy when it comes to style.  Whatever is practical enough to get me
through a day of school, planning, or hard work is fine by me.

    14.    What do you want to be when you grow up?

Whatever I do, I’d like to make a difference.  Maybe an advocate for the rights of
    magical creatures?

    15.    What is your favorite restaurant?

I always enjoy a trip to the Three Broomsticks, though those trips are rarely without
    drama.

    16.    What is your favorite sport to watch?

I’d probably have to say Quidditch, although only if Gryffindor is playing.  I’ve been
known to enjoy the occasional game of Wizard’s Chess as well.

    17.    What is your worst personality trait?

My constant fear of failure...facing the boggart disguised as Prof. McGonagall telling
me I failed all my exams was one the worst moments at Hogwarts.

    18.    What will you be famous for?

If taking part in the defeat of Voldemort didn’t already garner me fame, then I don’t
    think anything will.

    19.    If you could be anyone for a day, who would you be?

I would love to try my hand at Headmaster of Hogwarts. I have several ideas about
increased standards and testing that I’m just dying to implement.

    20.    If you were given twenty dollars -err...pounds, what would you buy?

Like I said, you can never have enough books!

Granger's Army
The REAL Ginny Weasley here with an exclusive look into the life of the real Hermione Granger.

Ms. Granger was so kind as to sit down with me and answer some hard-hitting questions.

First, in honor of the greatest day on earth and on behalf of Books and Wands and all of our
readers, I'd like to wish Hermione a very Happy Birthday!

Now, let's begin...
